Join other small business owners 9am-12noon Saturday, February 21, 2009 at the WESST|Score Small Business Survival in Tough Times workshop. A panel of business experts will present proven techniques for managing cash, finding and keeping customers, and making your operation more efficient. The event is at WESST Enterprise Center, a new small business incubator located at 609 Broadway NE, just south of Lomas.
Mary Ellen Merrigan, president of Albuquerque Independent Business Alliance and owner of Connecting Point Communications, addresses marketing tactics to boost business. Other marketing experts include Clare Zurawski, regional manager WESST Albuquerque, who specializes in website optimization, and John Garcia, owner of HospiTotally, a customer service strategy organization.
